Before becoming a transactional attorney, Nick spent several years working as an agent in the sports and entertainment industry. From there, Nick spent over seven years as in-house corporate counsel to tech companies ranging from SAAS, artificial intelligence, telecommunications and e-commerce.
Nick dove into the blockchain space as an early adopter, intrigued by the complex data privacy concerns rooted in regulations such as GDPR and CCPA.
